The Faculty, formerly known as the Faculty of Secretarial Science, offers specialised courses in office administration and management, and office technology. Armed with expertise in the office management of an organisation, the faculty restructures and introduces a range of programmes that correlate with the ever-changing concept in the management of a technology-driven offices.
Located in Bandar Puncak Alam, about 50 kilometres drive from the KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, the new campus is at the leading edge of business activity in the region as measured by such indicators as new business starts, venture capital availability, technological innovation and new product introduction.
Learning will always be a challenging experience since the Faculty makes continuous efforts to ensure that all members are highly qualified and dedicated in their profession. Students will have a great time since they will be trained by Faculty members who come from different disciplines, covering the spectrum of computer and information technology, information management, human resource, corporate administration, management and communication.
With a mission to provide a rigorous, relevant and rewarding office management education, The Faculty of Office Management and Technology has produced more than 10,000 graduates and is currently offering programmes in office management and office systems. With about 1,000 students enrolled in the University campuses of Selangor, Melaka, Perak, Pahang, Terengganu, and Sarawak, this Faculty is the main centre producing qualified office professionals employed in both the private and public sectors since 1967.
For more than 25 years, the Faculty has established strong industry links which provide invaluable inputs and support for the continuing development and quality enhancement of our programmes and curricula. Various certifications have also been awarded to professionals in organizations requiring enhanced office management skills and knowledge.

The Bachelor in Office Systems Management (Hons.) program has received recognition and accreditation both local and international namely:
1. The Malaysian Public Service Department (JPA, MALAYSIA):
Recognition on 26 th January 2007.
2. The Organizational Systems Research Association (OSRA, USA):
Official Endorsement of the program aligning with the Organizational End-User Information Systems (OEIS) curriculum in June 2006.
3. Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (UK):
Certified Teaching and Learning (ISO 9001:2000) in April 2004.
